You might look at some kind of PEX type waterline might hold up to that stuff too some pretty tough stuff

Brake Cleaner works good too, while placing rubber lines over metal fittings and the fluid evaporators so you don't have grease on the joints. I like the content, as I'm wanting to move my Radiator to the rear of my Jeep as well.

Corey, to get hoses on fittings, I use Hair spray, Grease helps getting it on but will slide off easy to, with Hair spray, or hair gel, once it dries it will stay,

Now that you're big time, can't you get someone to 3D print a low profile reservoir?

Use a heat gun on those hoses, it will let them stretch a little.

Did you get you hydrobooster lines made or you did you order them stock? Awesome build always a problem to solve.

Make some lexan windows for it. Get some grommets for the holes in the bed where the radiator hoses go through, also support them somehow.

Man, I wish you would wear some thin drivers gloves at least Corey! Could save you some pain brother! I know they get in the way at times but I’m not one to judge you about safety but I’ve cut my finger and hands pretty deep but was lucky enough before I had gloves on! Those cut wheels will go through the glove but not as bad as a bare finger! Just be careful brother! I wish they had those titanium wedding bands back when I wore a ring because I wore a wide comfort fit gold band! One Sunday morning I went out to my shop to tack weld a little bracket and one buckshot thrown from my mig landed on my wedding band and I couldn’t take it off quick enough brother! I couldn’t believe how fast the gold heats up my friend! I pulled it off and the outter layer of my finger skin came off with it! I never put another wedding ring on again and I loved how that band fit so well! Threw it in the dresser drawer! lol! That’s why I say anything about wearing some kind of gloves brother!

Definitely use the flux Corey and brush it clean and shiny! Get a couple fittings and practice soldering until you get the hang of it brother! You can take some emery cloth and polish it like the ole time shoe shine boys back in the day when they shined peoples shoes for money! Nobody shines shoes anymore these days! lol 🤣😂🤣

One of the other channels uses Dodge or Chrysler mini van brake master cylinders. I think its SleeperDude. They are a lower profile and and the resevoir is half the size of the one you are battling.

Corey please help me my brother I need a driver side front fender for a 2500 2001 Dodge Ram my Cummins turbo diesel 24 valve that's the one I was going to trade you for something man that thing is meant it is really really clean the motor everything it's it the guy did it right it's made for dependability and to travel I need a front driver side fender a front grill and a grill bracket that's all I need to get it on the road brother please help me God bless
